The ideal candidate will bring deep specialty lubricants expertise, a proven commercial leadership record, and the ability to lead teams and drive performance across North America with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within specialty lubricants or adjacent markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth across North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development, with a focus on automotive and packaging applications.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global business priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.
