DuPont is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the North America commercial organization for the Specialty Lubricants & Additives portfolio. You will accelerate growth across Molykote and Multibase, expand distributor channels, and nurture strategic customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has deep specialty lubricants knowledge, a track record of commercial leadership, and success in leading teams, growing distributors, and executing business development strategies.

Qualificações

10+ years of commercial leadership experience within specialty lubricants, additives, or related industrial markets.
Proven success leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth across North America.
Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
Strong business development skills with track record of identifying growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

Lead the North America commercial organization and deliver revenue, margin, and business objectives.
Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
Transform and strengthen Molykote and Multibase channels via performance metrics and mutual action plans with distributors.
Travel extensively across North America to support customers, channel partners, sites, and teams.
