DuPont is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the North America commercial organization for our Specialty Lubricants & Additives business. The role focuses on accelerating growth for Molykote and Multibase portfolios, expanding distributor channels, and developing strategic customer relationships across North America.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
10+ years of commercial leadership in specialty lubricants or adjacent industrial markets.
Proven success leading sales teams and distributor networks across North America.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% across North America.

Lead the North America commercial organization to deliver revenue, margin, and objectives.
Grow Molykote® and Multibase™ portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
Develop and execute the NA commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
Expand distributor partnerships and optimize channel performance.
Build strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
