Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership in specialty lubricants or adjacent markets.
• Proven success leading sales teams and profitable growth across North America.
• Experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development and opportunity conversion skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance commercial organizations.
• Knowledge of industrial lubricants, specialty greases, silicone and synthetic lubricants and value-based selling.
• Ability to travel up to 60% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development, focusing on automotive and packaging applications.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.
• Establish a segmented commercial model that maximizes market coverage and value capture.
