Job summary

Alleima BU Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North America. This remote role requires about 50% travel and focuses on developing and expanding relationships with OEM and third‑party manufacturing customers in the medical device industry.

You will drive strategic growth, develop expertise in our medical wire portfolio, and translate customer requirements into Alleima solutions. Strong collaboration, negotiations, and CRM usage are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in medical device sales or OEM relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and expand existing accounts in the North America medical device market.
• Develop subject-matter expertise inAlleima medical wire portfolio and customer applications.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions leveraging Alleima capabilities.
• Build, execute, and evaluate business plans to meet objectives.
• Collaborate across internal teams and with customers to create value.
• Support negotiations, pricing, agreements, and quoting activities.
• Perform cold calling and manage CRM activities to drive pipeline.
