Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. seeks a North Central Regional Business Manager to drive commercial activity across the designated region from a remote USA base.

You will recruit and lead sales teams, partner with Market Access, and secure facility approvals while ensuring compliant operation and strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of medical device sales leadership, startup experience, and a proven ability to grow revenue in hospitals/ASCs.

Qualifications

• BS degree (or higher) and minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven leadership of sales teams with a track record of launching disruptive technology.
• Experience selling to hospitals and ASCs; operating room experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership on national strategy and CVAC promotional activities.
• Recruit, develop, and lead regional sales professionals and clinical specialists.
• Mentor direct reports with coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485 and regulatory requirements.
