Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in North America to drive strategic growth in medical device OEM and third-party manufacturing customers. This remote role requires ~50% travel to develop and expand relationships in a critical market.

You will translate customer needs into Alleima capabilities, manage pricing and quotes, and build business plans with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, medical technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in medical device sales.
• Strong customer engagement, solution selling and consultative approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth in North America and develop OEM relationships.
• Expand existing accounts and acquire new customers in the medical device sector.
• Translate customer requirements intoAlleima solutions and manage CRM activity to build pipeline.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet organizational objectives and negotiate terms.
