Job summary

Alleima’s BU Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in North America. This remote role requires about 50% travel and focuses on developing and expanding relationships with OEM and third-party medical device manufacturers.

You will build strategy, translate customer needs into Alleima solutions, and drive revenue growth. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or medical technology and strong solution selling skills are essential to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical technology, or related field.
• Experience in medical device sales, OEM relationships, or technical consultative selling.
• Strong customer engagement, solution selling and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue growth.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in the medical wire portfolio and customer applications.
• Translate customer requirements into aligned Alleima solutions.
• Build, execute, and evaluate business plans to meet objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, pricing, agreements, and quoting activities.
• Perform cold calling and manage CRM activities to drive pipeline development.
