Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager – Municipal Markets to drive growth for WEMCO wastewater products and Floway vertical turbine pumps throughout the Northeast. This is a technical, hands-on role focused on developing aftermarket partnerships, identifying new applications, and creating new revenue streams.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager, channel partners, customers, engineering, and factory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical/industrial sales.
• Prior customer-facing sales, engineering, or technical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, markets, applications, and revenue opportunities.
• Travel with and support the Regional Manager on visits and opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support to grow WEMCO and Floway business in the region.
• Develop partner agreements and grow aftermarket parts, repair, and service revenue.
