• Develop and execute sales strategies for water resources clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships in the water/wastewater sector.
• Identify opportunities, position proposals, and win new business for public and private clients.
• Manage goals and objectives and drive growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal efforts and participate in project scoping and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address service issues with project teams.
• Engage in industry groups and participate in committees/board governance.
• Promote collaboration, maintain CRM activities, and monitor budget/expenditures.
• Provide input on business development priorities and risk management.
