Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Business Development Manager OEM Water Utility to drive growth by developing and strengthening strategic OEM relationships in municipal water and wastewater, expanding national coverage and becoming a preferred vendor.

You will build relationships with OEM decision makers, win new accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive supply scopes and win municipal projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales mindset with municipal market focus.
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater or pump industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, pumping systems and controls.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside in Atlanta/Orlando/Charlotte metro areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic OEM relationships and drive 25 new OEM accounts in 12 months.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners and engineers to define scopes and win municipal projects.
• Provide product training to internal and external channels.
• Support regional sales through joint visits and trade shows.
• Monitor market and competition to adjust strategy.
