Job summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager – Municipal Markets to drive growth for WEMCO wastewater products and Floway vertical turbine pumps throughout the Northeast.

This technical, hands-on role focuses on aftermarket partnerships, identifying new applications, and creating new revenue streams, collaborating with channel partners, customers, engineering, and factory teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or technical sales.
• 5+ years with a pump manufacturer or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, markets, applications, and revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with manufacturers' representatives, service orgs, municipal customers, engineers, and partners.
• Travel with the Regional Manager for visits, opportunities, and channel development.
• Develop aftermarket partnerships and agreements to grow revenue across the region.
• Work with engineering and operations to evaluate opportunities from concept through market intro.
