Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Development to lead a team of multimedia creators in developing graphics, animations, audio, and video for K-12 learning experiences.

The role combines people and operational leadership to ensure multimedia solutions align with instructional goals, accessibility, and customer needs, while meeting project timelines and partnering with Curriculum Development, Product Management, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education, curriculum, or similar area preferred.
• 3-5 years multimedia, graphics, or animation development experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results as a team.
• Advanced knowledge of education management systems, learning management systems, and/or content management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and ability to learn other software programs quickly.
• Must enjoy a challenging work environment with flexibility, self-direction, creativity, strong communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
