Pearson is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Development for a home-based role. You will lead a team of multimedia developers and coordinate with curriculum, product, and external partners to deliver high-quality graphics, animations, and interactive content for K-12 learners.

The role requires 3–5 years in multimedia, strong leadership, and expertise with LMS or CMS platforms. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range and annual incentive opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education, curriculum, or similar area preferred.
• 3–5 years of multimedia, graphics, or animation development experience; assets to support asynchronous virtual learning preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team, create a supportive work climate, and deliver results as a team.
• Detail-oriented with editing/proofreading experience.
• Proficient with education management systems, LMS, or CMS.
