You will align multimedia work with instructional goals, accessibility, and timelines while partnering with curriculum development and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of multimedia/graphics/animation development experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results.
• Experience with education management systems or LMS/CMS.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multimedia developers and foster growth.
• Collaborate with curriculum development, product management, and partners.
• Define and prioritize features with proof-of-concept validation.
• Direct internal and vendor teams to meet Pearson standards.
• Plan resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Design visually appealing interactive products.
• Assess tool capabilities to inform design decisions.
• Apply knowledge of state/national curricula and NSQ standards.
• Provide expertise to stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities in multimedia workflows.
