Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Development to lead a team of audio, visual, graphics, and animation professionals delivering engaging multimedia for K-12 learners. This remote, home-based role reports to the Director of Curriculum Development.

You will align multimedia work with instructional goals, collaborate with curriculum, product management, and external partners, and drive timelines, quality, and accessibility across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum, or related field.
• 3–5 years multimedia/graphics/animation development experience.
• Proven leadership and deadline-driven delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS/Content management systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multimedia developers and foster growth.
• Collaborate with curriculum development, product management, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee design, testing, and implementation of Pearson standards.
• Plan resources and align teams to project timelines.
