Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager of Multimedia Development to lead a team of designers, animators, and audio specialists in creating engaging, accessible K-12 learning experiences. This remote, home-based role partners with curriculum, product, and external vendors to deliver high-quality multimedia aligned with instructional goals.

You will shape strategy, oversee project timelines, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture while applying cutting-edge tools and AI-assisted workflows to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum, or similar area preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of multimedia, graphics, or animation development experience with assets to support asynchronous virtual learning.
• Proven ability to lead a team, create a supportive work climate, and deliver results as a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of multimedia developers, enable career growth and professional development for direct reports.
• Communicate effectively with curriculum development and cross-functional teams.
• Plan, organize, and align resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Direct internal and vendor teams to develop Pearson’s multimedia standards.
