Job summary

Mercor is recruiting outpatient physicians (MD or DO) to join a multilingual cohort evaluating and improving AI-driven clinical documentation and decision-support tools. This flexible, remote engagement fits around an active clinical practice with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

You will review, annotate, and assess AI-generated notes for accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness across specialties, collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO currently practicing in outpatient/ambulatory care.
• US-based with direct outpatient clinical notes experience.
• Advanced (C1+) proficiency in Czech, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Vietnamese, or Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated clinical documentation for accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness.
• Evaluate AI output against real-world physician documentation standards; identify hallucinations, omissions, and inaccuracies.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to guidelines and edge-case definitions for annotation and documentation standards.
