Job summary

Continental is seeking a Multifamily Systems Operations Manager to lead our technology-focused Operations Support team. You will own core MF platforms, guide deployments, partner with vendors, and drive adoption across our portfolio.

We value 3+ years in multifamily tech operations with strong leadership, and experience with AI-enhanced processes. This remote-eligible role requires occasional travel to our Menomonee Falls home office and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of multifamily technology operations with leadership in tech implementation and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years managing people, remote team experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MF platforms, including property management software, CRM/leasing tools, utility billing systems and resident communication platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team providing technical support and rollout of new technology across communities.
• Own or co-own core Multifamily technology platforms, including configurations and integrations.
• Partner with utility vendors on setup, configuration, and quarterly reviews for reliability.
• Lead technology evaluation and rollout from pilots through training and post-launch support.
• Act as liaison between community teams and vendors to drive feedback-driven improvements.
• Standardize workflows across communities, reimagining processes with an AI lens.
• Lead change management for new platforms and process updates, including adoption tracking.
