Job summary

Continental Careers in the United States is seeking a Multifamily Systems Operations Manager to lead technology-focused team members and own key parts of the Multifamily tech stack, including property management software, CRM/leasing tools, and resident communication platforms.

This role is remote-eligible for Illinois, Wisconsin, or Minnesota with a hybrid schedule for Wisconsin-based staff and travel to a Continental community as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of multifamily technology operations experience with leadership in implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team providing technical support and new technology implementation to community teams.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, and vendor performance of core Multifamily technology platforms.
• Partner with utility vendor partners on setup and configuration; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Lead technology evaluation and rollout from pilot testing through training and post-launch support.
• Act as liaison between community teams and vendor partners to drive improvements.
• Assess and standardize workflows across communities, including AI-driven process improvements.
• Lead change management for new platforms and process updates; manage adoption tracking.
