Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day operations, financial results, and staffing across the regional apartment communities in the portfolio. The role requires overseeing budgets, marketing plans, and safety while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position is remote/hybrid with travel across the region and 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in property management.
• Analytical, cost-conscious, and able to follow policies from corporate offices.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight – supervise property staff and drive performance and retention.
• Financial Management – develop budgets, review reports, approve invoices.
• Property Operations – oversee day-to-day functions, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Compliance & Safety – ensure adherence to laws and safety training.
• Marketing & Leasing Strategy – develop advertising plans and guide on-site leasing.
• Resident Satisfaction – monitor and improve retention and community engagement.
• Technology & Reporting – use property management software to monitor performance.
• Vendor & Contract Management – manage bids and vendor relationships.
• Business Development – identify new opportunities and support acquisitions.
• Regional Support – travel to assist properties across regions.
