Job summary

Continental is seeking a dedicated Onsite Operations & Management supervisor to maintain the property, lead a maintenance team, and ensure exceptional resident service. Expect hands-on work, strong vendor collaboration, and a focus on safety and appearance.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in a multifamily setting, EPA and CPO certifications, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call, and non-traditional schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain property appearance and safety through grounds upkeep and tasks like painting and snow removal.
• Manage and track work orders using daily software and mobile apps.
• Lead and train the maintenance team to deliver excellent resident service and efficiency.
