Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in loan operations and a Bachelor’s or military experience; strong G-Suite, iLien, and McCracken skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan operations or servicing is expected.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inquiries via team mailbox and ensure prompt resolution.
• Deliver excellent service to borrowers, investors, and partners.
• Proactively communicate with internal and external parties with minimal oversight.
• Identify opportunities to improve and integrate process efficiencies.
• Assist with UCC lien maintenance, audits, and year-end deliverables.
