Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 2 years of Commercial Banking or Loan Operations experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years with McCracken Strategy.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with Government Agencies (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan servicing tasks such as payoffs, defeasances, auto-debits, and investor transfers.
• Perform advanced exception maintenance and identify control opportunities to minimize risk.
• Review and approve analyses of system exception reports with high accuracy.
• Monitor Bloomberg index uploads and adjust per GSE/market requirements.
• Manage post-closing fees payments and ensure documentation is complete.
• Lead planning, testing, and rollout of new functionality to streamline tasks.
• Serve as a SME for Loan Operations and communicate complex results clearly.
