Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to support Multifamily Loan Servicing from a home-based role within 50 miles of McLean, VA or Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on stakeholder communications, UCC lien maintenance, and core servicing transactions.

You will review loan documents for compliance, assist with audits and year-end deliverables, and work with investors and agency partners to drive accurate processing and timely disbursements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing or commercial real estate servicing.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with borrowers, investors, and internal teams to support servicing needs.
• Monitor shared mailbox, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses.
• Review loan documents and servicing agreements for compliance with investor guidelines.
• Assist with year-end deliverables and audits conducted by investors and regulators.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in servicing operations.
