Capital One is seeking a Sr. Agency Operations Associate on the Loan Operations Team. The role supports agency finance loan servicing with the flexibility to work from home, while requiring proximity to our McLean, VA or Charlotte hub.

You will oversee loan maintenance, perform system exception reviews, manage payments and reporting, and collaborate with vendors. A bachelor’s degree or military experience is required along with Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency.

• 2+ years in Commercial Banking or Loan Operations.

• Oversee daily loan- and investor-level maintenance in the servicing system.
• Perform advanced exception system maintenance to minimize risk.
• Review analysis of system exception reports with accuracy.
• Monitor Bloomberg index uploads and adapt to GSE requirements.
• Process post-closing fees and validate documentation.
