Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc is seeking a Multichannel Sales Specialist to drive reactivation and growth across key accounts. This role is 100% remote for candidates based in Washington state and requires proactive outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

As the primary contact for new relationships, you will craft tailored solutions, identify dormant accounts, and manage a strong pipeline through phone and email outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or related fields, ideally in construction or building materials.
• Experience with building materials or roofing solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and to qualify leads

Responsibilities

• Identify dormant or underperforming accounts and develop reactivation strategies.
• Qualify incoming leads from forms and requests, converting to MC accounts or passing to field sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with former clients and understand their needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor offerings to each account.
• Use phone and email to reach out, schedule meetings, and present solutions.
• Follow up consistently to maintain interest and progress reactivation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to align strategies.
• Track progress and report results to management; stay informed on market trends.
