AppLovin is seeking a tenacious outbound sales specialist to reach high-value brands and move them to live campaigns on our self-serve ads platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact to live campaign, using phone, email, or LinkedIn to connect with founders and marketers.

Grit and persistence matter as you uncover blockers and guide prospects toward a clear business case. If you excel at research and outreach, you’ll find a fast-paced, performance-driven environment welcoming you.

Qualifications

• Grit and persistence to reach decision-makers.
• Understanding of how performance marketing drives business.
• Enjoy talking to founders and marketers.
• Drive to succeed with a long queue and scoreboard.
• Research accounts and prep outreach.
• Sales or ecommerce background helps.

Responsibilities

• Work a ranked daily queue of high-value brands. Reach the decision-maker by phone, email, LinkedIn — whatever it takes. Three ignored emails is the start, not the end.
• Find out what’s in the way: they never finished setup, something broke, or they just haven’t heard a good reason to start. Then handle it.
• Walk them from first conversation to first live campaign. You own the account until it’s spending.
• Log every touch in HubSpot so we know what works. Your pipeline is measured, not vibes.
• Own one number: advertisers you get live.
