Job summary

Convoy Supply Inc. is seeking a Multichannel Sales Specialist to drive growth by reactivating dormant accounts and expanding select portfolios. You’ll qualify leads from multiple channels and convert opportunities into managed accounts while coordinating with marketing and field teams.

In this remote role, you’ll build strong relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, and track progress with transparency. Travel to Convoy locations may be required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or related experience, construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Experience with building materials or roofing solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel to Convoy locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target dormant or underperforming accounts, developing tailored re-engagement plans.
• Qualify all incoming leads from various forms, converting to MC accounts or handing to field sales as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with former clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to align offerings with each account.
• Reach out via phone and email to schedule meetings or presentations.
• Follow up consistently to sustain interest and progress toward reactivation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to align strategies.
• Track and report progress to manager on reactivation activities and results.
• Keep current on industry trends and competitor actions to position offerings.
