Convoy Supply Inc. seeks a Multichannel Sales Specialist to support year‑over‑year growth by reactivating dormant accounts and qualifying leads through digital and physical channels.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to align strategies and deliver an exceptional first experience to new customers. The role emphasizes building relationships, tailoring solutions, and driving reactivation with organized outreach across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing is a plus.
• Experience with building materials or roofing solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• CRM software proficiency (Salesforce) and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target dormant or underperforming accounts and re‑engage them.
• Qualify all incoming leads and convert to MC accounts or pass to field sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with former clients and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand account requirements and align offerings.
