Job summary

Vibrant Works seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by reactivating dormant customers, managing national e-commerce leads, and expanding sales with existing clients. You will engage by phone and email to uncover barriers, promote our e-commerce platform, and guide customers through quotes to orders.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a proactive approach to meet activity and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year inside sales, outbound contact, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Government purchasing channels experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers inactive for 30+ days to understand reasons and opportunities to reactivate.
• Develop new business from national e-commerce leads and convert to orders.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and provide timely follow-ups from contact to conversion.
• Promote use of Vibrant Works e-commerce platform and available purchasing options.
• Prepare quotes, address objections, negotiate within guidelines, and close qualified opportunities.
