Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced multi-strategy analysts to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across investment workflows, including pitch decks, position reviews, and thesis memos. The role requires 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers and expert-level PowerPoint skills.

This is a fully remote, part-time engagement paying $100/hour. Start ASAP. Flexible 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos, and LP letters.
