Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced multi-strategy analysts to train a language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create and refine AI-generated slide decks across investment workflows, including pitch decks and portfolio reviews, drawing on 3+ years of hedge fund or asset management experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position reviews, portfolio reviews, thesis memos with exhibits, and LP letters.
