Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment research analysts to help train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated decks across initiation reports, earnings previews, industry primers, thesis one-pagers, valuation summaries, and investor meeting decks.

Fully remote with flexible hours, the position offers 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) and starts ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.
