Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced hedge fund analysts to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Analysts with 3+ years at a hedge fund, long‑only manager, or multi‑strategy platform will create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations across investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio reviews, thesis memos with exhibits, and LP letters.

This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows (investment pitch decks, position reviews, portfolio decks, thesis memos with exhibits, LP letter materials)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity and impactful visuals
• Maintain high standards for written communication and slide craftsmanship
