Job summary

Candidates must have 5+ years of first-party property/Liability adjusting experience, a valid license, and be proficient with Xactimate or similar software. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Proficient with Xactimate software and basic MS Word.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to take recorded statements in the field or with legal representatives.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate.
• Investigate claims by interviewing insureds, claimants, witnesses.
• Recommend claim reserves with supportive documentation.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements for issues.
• Prepare captioned reports for clients.
• Maintain quality by following client Best Practices.
