Job summary

Provencher and Company is seeking experienced multi-line adjusters who can work remotely. The role requires handling property and liability claims for commercial and residential losses, with knowledge of coverage, investigations, and damage evaluation.

Candidates should have 5+ years of adjusting experience, a state license where required, and the ability to obtain recorded statements. Proficiency with Xactimate preferred and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• State adjuster’s license where required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience with estimating property losses and evaluating damages.

Responsibilities

• Completes residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate and general liability investigations to determine negligence and damages.
• Investigate claims by obtaining recorded statements from insureds, claimants or witnesses.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation and support with reserve reports.
• Obtain and interpret official reports and documentation.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements to identify issues and provide clear initial captioned reports to client.
• Maintain quality by following client Best Practices.
