Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Sr Manager, MSSP Partnerships to lead the North America MSSP partner segment. You will manage a team of partner development managers, drive joint security offerings, and execute GTM plans to grow managed services revenue.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in direct people management and leading sales/partner development teams.
• Deep understanding of MSSP business models and security offerings (SOC-as-a-Service, MDR, XDR).
• Track record of driving revenue and pipeline targets in high-tech or cybersecurity environments.
• Exceptional skills in executive relationship management and complex deal coaching.
• Proven ability to navigate Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Legal for resources and alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to lead remote/hybrid teams.
• Willingness to travel for partner engagements and leadership events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the MSSP portfolio sales strategy and GTM model; drive net new and recurring revenue growth.
• Co-develop joint managed security offers addressing market challenges with partner capabilities.
• Oversee executive relationships and establish a regular governance rhythm with top MSSP partners.
• Recruit, hire, and develop MSSP account managers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Support team in shaping, negotiating, and closing complex security engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, BD, Services, Marketing, Legal, and Product.
• Manage territory planning, quotas, and resource investments for MSSP growth.
