Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, MSP to partner with our MSP/MSSP sales team. This 100% remote role (hybrid in Chicago area possible) focuses on owning the technical relationship, mapping Keeper solutions to partner services, and driving adoption across multi-tenant environments.

You will enable partner sales and technical teams, demonstrate Keeper's capabilities, and help grow a scalable managed security service offering. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer)
• Direct experience with MSPs or MSSPs
• Strong MSP business model understanding: recurring services, partner enablement, onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with entrepreneurial drive
• Experience with Windows/AD administration and UNIX/Linux knowledge
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Technical background in networking and security, plus cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process for MSP/MSSP opportunities from discovery to proof-of-concept to close
• Conduct technical discovery of partner service offerings, RMM/PSA stack, and compliance needs
• Build and deliver tailored demos of Keeper MSP console, KeeperPAM, and integrations
• Address technical questions and competitive comparisons with confidence
• Support product trials, POC engagements, and onboarding through technical close
• Serve as subject matter expert on MSP business models and security service delivery
• Advise on RMM/PSA and security stack integrations for partner environments
• Relay partner feedback and market insights to product and engineering teams
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Travel to partner/customer meetings locally and nationally (up to 50%)
