Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (MSP, SMB) to drive MSP channel growth. The role emphasizes new partner development, inbound lead qualification, and revenue expansion with MSP accounts.

You will work with an MSP Account Manager to ensure coverage, strong partner support, and steady pipeline growth. The position involves virtual demos, CRM-based workflows, and collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Foundational knowledge of MSP and cybersecurity landscape.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads and present Keeper’s MSP program.
• Coordinate pricing, training, and renewals while spotting expansion opportunities.
• Conduct virtual demos highlighting Keeper’s cybersecurity and privileged access solutions.
• Identify and reach out to MSP, MSSP and Telco partners to grow pipeline.
• Collaborate with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management.
