Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, MSP to support our MSP and MSSP partners. You will manage technical pre-sales and post-sales cycles, mapping Keeper solutions to partner offerings and customer requirements across multi-tenant environments.

You will enable partner sales and technical teams to position Keeper's MSP platform and KeeperPAM, demonstrating how our security services scale. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer)
• Direct experience with MSP or MSSP environments
• Strong understanding of MSP business model, recurring services, partner enablement, and scalable delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus entrepreneurial drive
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to present to both technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process for MSP/MSSP opportunities from discovery through proof-of-concept to close
• Conduct technical discovery of partner services, RMM/PSA stacks, and security gaps
• Deliver tailored demos of Keeper MSP Console, KeeperPAM, and integrations for technical and end-user audiences
• Address technical questions and comparisons with confidence
• Support product trials, PoCs, and onboarding through technical close
• Act as SME on MSP business models and security service delivery
• Advise on RMM, PSA, and security stack integrations for partner environments
• Relay partner feedback and market insights to product and engineering teams
• Stay informed about MSP trends and evolving cybersecurity tech
• Travel to partner/customer meetings locally and nationally (up to 50%)
