Job summary

Atrium in Kentucky is seeking an MSP Senior Program/Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of requisitions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, HR, and suppliers, and drive on-time, compliant delivery while managing escalations and risk.

Strong Excel skills and VMS experience are essential. You will serve as deputy to the Account Director, ensuring coverage during absences and guiding vendors to meet program standards with a focus on data-driven

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in managed service programs, contingent workforce management, staffing, HR, or procurement.
• Experience owning a full delivery workload within a high-touch MSP account.
• Strong MSP delivery models knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for hiring managers, HR partners, and program users.
• Own an assigned portfolio of requisitions from intake through fill.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, flag risks early.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and data-driven insights.
• Support onboarding, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor management.
• Act as deputy to the Account Director during absences.
