The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with hiring managers and suppliers, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 3-4 days a week. Responsibilities include full lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and maintaining program metrics. Qualifications

• 3-5 years in high-volume workforce management (MSP) environments.
• 1+ years of staffing agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the requisition process from intake through onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier adherence to program standards.
• Track and analyze program metrics.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reporting for clients.
• Partner with suppliers on scorecard reviews.
