Qualifications
3-5 years in high-volume workforce management (MSP) environments.
1+ years of staffing agency experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the requisition process from intake through onboarding and offboarding.
Develop partnerships with hiring managers and suppliers.
Monitor supplier adherence to program standards.
Track and analyze program metrics.
Maintain weekly and monthly reporting for clients.
Partner with suppliers on scorecard reviews.
