Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations.

You will work directly with clients to understand objectives and requirements, develop and manage implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the central point of coordination that keeps each implementation aligned with client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in implementation management, project management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate requirements into implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep implementations on track.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project.
• Lead launches and transitions to ongoing operations.
• Communicate status, decisions, and priorities to stakeholders.
