Job summary

CAI, a global services firm, is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client objectives into implementation plans, and ensure alignment with timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, PM, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and experience developing and maintaining detailed implementation project plans.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other business productivity tools.
