CAI is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will partner with clients to understand objectives, develop implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with standards, timelines, and business goals.

The role requires MSP program experience, strong project planning and stakeholder management, and proficiency with MSP tools such as Pixid Pro VMS; remote work option.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs; Pixid Pro VMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning from initial engagement through launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep implementations moving forward.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions, and dependencies; ensure alignment with client expectations and standards.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and address risks or issues to maintain timelines and accountability.
