Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage plans and milestones, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Experience with MSP programs and Pixid Pro VMS is a plus; this role is remote and full‑time. You will work directly with clients to understand objectives, develop implementation plans, and drive successful program launches in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
4+ years in implementation/project/program management or related discipline.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
Experience with MSP programs.
Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery and implementation planning, translating requirements into plans and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams; manage plans, milestones, actions, and dependencies.
Monitor progress against timelines; address barriers to execution.
Facilitate meetings; ensure follow-up actions and status updates.
Identify risks and issues; drive resolution with stakeholders.
Coordinate launch activities and transition to ongoing operations.
Maintain alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
