CAI is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager to drive client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, translate requirements into actionable plans, and maintain clear milestones and standards.

Ideal candidates will have MSP program experience, strong organization, and excellent client-facing communication. This is a full-time remote role supporting clients across the United States.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in implementation/project/program management or consulting.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery to launch.
• Knowledge of MSP programs; Pixid Pro VMS and public-sector experience are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional collaboration.
