Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Implementation Manager in the United States to lead client programs from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations. You will partner with clients to understand objectives, develop implementation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with standards, timelines, and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
4+ years of implementation/project management experience.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations.
Experience with MSP programs preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery and planning to define objectives, requirements, priorities, and milestones.
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure execution.
Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout.
Facilitate meetings and maintain alignment with client expectations and standards.
Support launch readiness and transition to ongoing operations.
