Job summary

Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, is seeking an engineering leader to own and scale the MSP/MSSP team. You will shape platform capabilities to make NodeZero scalable for MSPs/MSSPs and enable providers to deliver NodeZero as a managed service.

As Manager, you will hire and mentor engineers, drive architecture for multi-tenant and partner-facing systems, and partner with Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales to align roadmaps with partner needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams building and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong background in multi-tenancy, account hierarchies, tenant isolation, delegated administration, and licensing flows.
• Experience with MSP/MSSP, OEM, white-label, or channel partner models.
• Proven track record delivering complex platform capabilities from design to production at scale.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure; IAM, RBAC, and enterprise account structures; AWS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSP/MSSP engineering team to deliver scalable multi-tenant platform capabilities.
• Drive platform strategy for MSP/MSSP use cases including tenant management and partner dashboards.
• Establish architecture for account hierarchies and licensing flows.
• Conduct design/code reviews to foster quality and collaborate with Product, CS, Partnerships, and Sales.
• Hire, mentor, and manage engineers; balance roadmap with partner support; travel up to 10%.
